While we strive for perfection, we understand that minor issues can sometimes arise. Below is our process for handling returns, exchanges, and repairs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your confirmed design:
Please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt.
Please provide your order number and a clear photo of the problem.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and will receive a full refund.
After 24 hours, your order will enter the production stage and cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges (Non-Custom Items Only)
If you purchased non-custom items (such as blank jerseys or accessories), you can request an exchange if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
This request should be made within 14 days of delivery.
Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return Shipping Costs
For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns of non-customized items, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, subject to approval.
